Do you offer refunds for consulting calls?
There are no refunds for consulting calls. If you're not sure I'm the right resource for you, email me at [email protected] prior to purchase so that I can understand your expectations and concerns.
How do I schedule and pay for my call?
When you click the BOOK NOW button, you'll be taken to my online calendar. Choose the date and time for your call. From there, you'll be taken to a payment screen. We partner with Stripe for secure payments. PayPal is not a payment option at this time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule your call up to 24 hours in advance by clicking on the RESCHEDULE link in your confirmation email.
This email will also include a link to cancel your call. Consulting calls are nonrefundable so cancelling your call will not trigger a refund.
How can I purchase additional consulting?
You can purchase another one-time call or sign up for a subscription, which gives you access to consulting on a recurring basis.
